Terms & Conditions

Important information on Shipping and Porch Pirates.

IMPORTANT ORDER APPROVAL, SHIPPING, AND REFUND INFORMATION - YOU MUST READ THIS SECTION PRIOR TO ORDERING. A COPY OF THESE TERMS WILL APPEAR ON YOUR FINAL INVOICE.

TIME TO SHIPPING:  Please allow a minimum of two weeks for the creation of your bespoke item(s) in the color(s) of your choice, in addition to the shipping time indicated for the method you select at the time of checkout. Some colors may be in stock now, depending on how much time I've had to work on inventory lately. If not, I will craft your items promptly!  If you ordered an in-stock item or something from the miscellany market category, it will ship within 3 business days.  These Terms & Conditions are not very negotiable, but rush orders are not impossible, just unlikely.  Doesn't hurt to try. APPROVAL PROCESS FOR BESPOKE ITEMS:  A photo of your nearly completed item(s) will be emailed for your approval prior to shipment. Once approval is secured by email, the item(s) will receive their finish coat of nontoxic sealant. Next, the item(s) will be dried and readied for their journey to your home.


IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: Tracking and insurance will be enabled on all shipped products.  If your item arrives damaged, you must contact your local post office for redemption of the insurance policy. 


The Fine Print:  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure your item is being delivered to a safe location with someone present to accept delivery! THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR VICTIMS OF VANDALS OR  "PORCH PIRATES" / VANISHED PACKAGES DUE TO ANY CAUSE. Once the tracking and insurance information has been assigned to the package by the carrier, Ahavah Ariel Sacred Arts LLC is not responsible for the loss or theft of the package. Please visit your local post office with your receipt to negotiate your insurance claim.  No refunds will be given in lieu of insurance payouts.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  As a general rule we do not ship outside the United States.  If you would like to discuss that possibility, please note there will be additional shipping fees on your invoice. Also, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMS AND PAYING ANY PORT FEES OR DUTIES YOUR COUNTRY REQUIRES.


REFUND POLICY: In Stock item orders may be cancelled prior to shipping and a full refund will be given. 

 

Cancellations of bespoke items after 3 days will be subject to a materials fee of not less than 25% of the purchase price during the 4th - 7th day since ordering, and 50% from the 8th day until approval for shipping. 


Completed and approved ready-to-be-shipped bespoke items can be cancelled / refunded only with prior authorization and for sufficient cause (not including missing or damaged packages) .  Since the buyer receives & approves photographs of the bespoke item prior to shipping, only extraordinary circumstances will be considered for refunds.


If your order has already shipped, no refunds for the cancelled part(s) of the order will be issued until the item(s) are returned in their entirety (i.e. all parts & pieces of the cancelled item(s) included. Email SacredArtsSales@AhavahAriel.com for information regarding a return authorization.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or place an order we collect your email address.  In the future we may give you an opportunity to subscribe to our snail mail list for postcards about upcoming arts & crafts show appearances.

Although we will do our best to  protect your personal information, transmission of personal information  to and from our Services is at your own risk. In Short:  We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.


We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services,  you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or  guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of  the Services.  If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of  age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take  reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. In Short:  You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.


If  you are resident in the European Economic Area and you believe we are  unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right  to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. 8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most  web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications  include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to  signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online  browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology  standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been  finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals  or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not  to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that  we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a  revised version of this privacy notice.


9. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short:  Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
